Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of products from claimsimple.net are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions and features before completing your purchase.

We will, however, provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we will gladly refund you for the duplicate purchase.
• Technical Issues: If you experience a consistently reproducible technical problem with the product files that cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund. Please provide specific information about the issue to our support team.
